Before you bake — read this first:

Your oven is never fully pre-heated when it beeps. Let it continue pre-heating for an additional 20 minutes after it signals it’s ready. We know it’s hard to wait — but this one step makes all the difference in how your order turns out.

Tips for Success

Pro Tips for Perfect Breakfast Bakes

Don’t skip the overnight defrost. Frozen breakfast bakes won’t cook evenly — you’ll end up with browned tops and cold centers. The defrost is non-negotiable.
Different temperatures matter. Sweet bakes (bread pudding, French toast) cook at 325°F for that custardy texture. Savory bakes (breakfast bake / strata) cook at 400°F to set the eggs and brown the top.
The “browned and bubbly” cue. All three bakes are done when you see golden brown edges and bubbling around the perimeter. If it’s not bubbling, it’s not done.
Plan ahead for holidays. These are popular holiday orders — pre-order at least a week before Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter to guarantee availability.

Top before serving for the wow factor. Powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream for sweet bakes. Fresh chives, salsa, or hot sauce for the savory breakfast bake.

Leftovers

Storage & Reheating

How to Store & Reheat

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, cover with foil and warm in a 325°F oven for 10–15 minutes, or microwave individual portions in 30-second intervals until heated through. The bread pudding and French toast casserole are especially good reheated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Breakfast & Brunch Bake FAQs

Are these safe for someone with celiac disease?

Yes. Our breakfast and brunch bakes are made in our 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen with no risk of cross-contamination. Everything we bake is celiac-safe.

Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Some of our breakfast bakes have dairy-free options — give us a call at (270) 551-4440 to ask about current availability and to request a specific variation.
What's the difference between Bread Pudding and French Toast Casserole?
Bread Pudding is a classic dessert-style custard bake — rich, dense, and sweet. French Toast Casserole has a lighter, more breakfast-y texture with that classic cinnamon-maple French toast flavor. Both are absolutely delicious.
What is the Breakfast Bake?
Our Breakfast Bake is a savory strata — gluten-free bread, eggs, cheese, and your choice of fillings baked into a custardy, hearty breakfast casserole. Used to be called Strata, but most people didn’t know what that meant — so we renamed it!
Can I bake them straight from frozen?
We don’t recommend it — the overnight defrost is what gives these bakes their proper texture. If you must bake from frozen, add 20–25 minutes to the bake time and cover with foil for the first half.
Do you keep these in stock or do I need to pre-order?
Breakfast and brunch bakes are most reliably ordered ahead — they sell out quickly, especially around holidays. Pre-orders are highly recommended for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Mother’s Day. Call (270) 551-4440 to check current availability.
How far in advance should I order for a holiday?
For major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas), we recommend ordering 1–2 weeks in advance. Easter and Mother’s Day typically need at least a few days notice.
