How to Bake Our Gluten Free Biscuits

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°. Pro-tip: your oven is never fully pre-heated when it beeps! Let it pre-heat another 20 minutes after it says it’s ready (we KNOW it’s hard to wait!)
  2. Take your biscuits directly from the freezer and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper (a nonstick baking mat works great, too!). DO NOT defrost before baking! To get the best rise on your biscuits, you want frozen biscuits in a super hot oven.
  3. Bake 20-23 minutes, until the outside of your biscuits are nicely browned.

**NOTE:

If baking DAIRY FREE biscuits, add 2 minutes to your bake time!
