Baking on a Pizza Stone (Recommended)
- Preheat oven to 450°F with pizza stone inside the oven. The stone needs to be HOT — about 45 minutes of preheating.
Pro Tip Your oven is never fully pre-heated when it beeps! Let it pre-heat another 20 minutes after it says it's ready. A hot stone is the key to a crispy bottom.
- Take pizza out of freezer and set on countertop while oven is preheating.
- Remove frozen pizza from pizza tray and place directly on the pre-heated pizza stone.
- Bake pizza for 21–24 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Enjoy!

Pro Tips for Perfect Pizza
Pizza stone is worth it. If you make pizza more than a few times a year, invest in a pizza stone. The crispy crust difference is significant — and it’s reusable for years.
Don’t skip the preheat time. A truly hot oven (or stone) is the key to a crust that’s crispy on the bottom and bubbly on top. The temperature drops the moment the cold pizza goes in.
Use parchment paper for stone transfers. If you’re using a pizza stone, place the pizza on parchment paper to slide on and off the hot stone easily and safely.
Add fresh toppings after baking for the freshest flavor — basil leaves, arugula, drizzles of olive oil, or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes elevate the whole pie.
Naked crust is a game-changer. Top with your favorite ingredients to make pizza night an event. Family pizza-making is a celiac-safe activity everyone can join.
Storage & Reheating
How to Store & Reheat Leftover Pizza
Refrigerate leftover slices in an airtight container or wrapped tightly. Our favorite way to reheat is in the air fryer or oven for the best texture — we recommend 350°F until warm and crispy again. Microwaves work in a pinch but tend to make gluten-free crust rubbery.
